• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Membership gives you access to the portal and to the club benefits described at the time you join. Membership fees are shown at checkout and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We may change our fees from time to time; any change will apply from your next renewal, not the period you have already paid for.

Memberships are annual and renew automatically for each new membership season using the payment method you saved at checkout, unless you cancel first. Before each renewal you are charged the membership fee then in effect.

You can cancel at any time from your profile, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the membership period you have already paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law (see section 6).

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store your full card details on our own systems. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights to a remedy that cannot be excluded. If you think something has gone wrong with a payment or your membership, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

You agree to use the portal and take part in club activities lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• use the portal for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• harass, abuse or threaten other members, volunteers, officials or staff;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, other accounts, or our systems; or
• breach any club code of conduct or the rules of any league or association the Club is part of.

We may suspend or cancel your account or membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

Photos and video are sometimes taken at club matches, training and events and may be used in club communications, on our website and on social media. If you would prefer that images of you (or a family member) are not used, please contact us at info@ajaxfootballclub.com.au.

The portal and its content (including the club name, crest, text, graphics and logos) are owned by the Club or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your membership. You must not copy, distribute or use them for other purposes without our permission.

We aim to keep the portal available, but we may update, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided “as is” and we exclude liability for any loss arising from its use where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable or was caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and we will let members know if the changes are significant. By continuing to use the portal or your membership after an update, you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and the Club submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
